Our service requires a reliable, dedicated Internet connection. This connection could be 56K, ISDN, cable modem, DSL, T1 or T3. The faster your connection, the faster your backups will run.

What happens to my data after it's transmitted to The Data Saver? |

Redundant copies of your encrypted data reside in two
locations, our main data center and our secondary, offsite
data center. No one has access to your data but you. |

Is my data safe and secure? |

Yes. All data is encrypted before it leaves your computer, only you have the key. Our software uses the AES encryption algorithm, which is the official encryption standard for the US Government.

How do I restore my files that were backed up? |

Login to your web control panel and click on "File Explorer"
then locate the backup set and find the files you want to
restore. Select entire directories or individual files, then click
on "Restore" You will be asked for a location on your hard
drive to put the files and to enter your encryption key. Now press start and your files will be restored to your system.
